Ball valve 6L 3/8": The new ball valve with G3/8" female thread was developed to close the gap between the small compact 1/4" valves and the 1/2" valves suitable for large flows. Thus it combines the advantages of both sizes: The DN08 bore makes it possible to implement larger volume flows than with the 1/4" variant, without the ball valve requiring significantly more space. We will continue to expand our portfolio successively with new variants and materials, so keep an eye on us!
Electrical ball valve 6R: For our series 6R electrical ball valves, we now offer a visual position indicator in addition to electrical position feedback with BCD code.
The SMD LEDs on the housing head used for the display are able to represent all ball variants and positions. The ball valve still has protection class IP65, even with the visual position indicator.
Compact manifold 8C: The new 8C compact manifold is especially impressive for its small size. In the single-sided version it can have 2 - 5 outlets, in the double-sided version 2, 6, 8, or 10 outlets. The outlets can be designed to customer specification either with integrated connections for flexible tubes series 1+ in sizes DN04/06 or DN06/08, or with threads G1/8" or G1/4". The side endpieces (input/output) of the manifold can be sealed or fitted with G3/8" or G1/2" threads. All threaded connections can be designed with male or female threads. The new 8C is available in materials PP and PVDF. A PFA variant will follow shortly.
Electrical fine control valve 5E113: The electrical fine control valve makes it possible to adjust volume flows precisely via an input signal (4-20 mA) and to approach an exact spindle position. The valve can also be controlled by a 24V continuous voltage. Position feedback is implemented by a 4-20 mA output signal. With an additional adapter, the valve can also be connected via an RS-232 interface to a computer. The valves are available in 1/4" (10-200 l/h of water) and 1/2" (50-500 l/h of water).
