Variety & Flexibility: Fittings 3F

Fittings are used to adapt different threads and thread types. Double nipples, sockets and reducers make it possible to reduce from a large to a small thread or vice versa. It is also possible to change from a metric to an imperial thread or from a cylindrical to a conical thread, as our products are available with either internal or external threads (G, NPT, M, UNF, GL, PG).

Elbows make it possible to combine different thread types, even if the connection is not straight. T and cross pieces offer you the option of realising several connection types at complex points.

Flanges with G or NPT internal or external threads provide a reliable, detachable connection for pipes. Screw plugs or caps are available to fit all 3F series thread types.

The solution for variable connections with aggressive media

Our detachable double nipple with O-ring in FKM, FFKM or EPDM is an ingenious answer to a common problem when connecting two components. Thanks to the three-part design, two elements with internal threads can be joined together without having to turn the components to be screwed together - an ideal solution for applications where positioning accuracy is important. This makes the maintenance and cleaning of fixed system parts considerably easier, as complete systems often have to be dismantled in order to access a single part. With our detachable double nipple with G or NPT male thread, fittings can be individually integrated into or detached from the system.
