Generation+ Flexible Tube Connectors
The Generation+ connectors consists of just two parts, the connector body and the pressure screw. The clamping ring is incorporated into the pressure screw. The thread and connecting sleeve are integrated inside in the connector body. They cannot be damaged and are thus protected against external effects.

Generation + connectors provides a complete seal when it is "hand-tight". No tools are required and assembly time is significantly reduced.
gap-free mounting
The pressure screw can also be tightened with a fork wrench so there is no gap between the connection and the connector body.

pressure stage up to PN 16
The 1+ and 1B+ connectors can withstand a pressure of up to 16 bar (at 20°C). The 1W+ connectors can withstand a pressure of up to 4 bar (at 20°C) depending on the hose.
protected internal connecting sleeve
The thread and connecting sleeve are integrated inside the connector body in Generation + connectors. Thread and connecting sleeve cannot be damaged and are protected against out-side influences.
defined stop
The option of gap-free installation results in a defined stop, which can be included in the assembly instructions.
Flexible Tube Connectors
Depending on the materials, the area of application and industry-specific requirements, different connection principles are available. All products feature seamless threads and sleeves and can be assembled several times.

pressure stage PN 10
The connectors can withstand a pressure of up to 10 bar (at 20°C).
seamless threads & sleeves
Our connectors are produced with both male thread and female thread. All of our threads, meaning the entire line of threaded items including sealing collars, are guaranteed to be produced with no seams.
optional dead volume free
In order to exclude unwanted dead volume, we developed a type of screw connection with a cylindrical G thread that seals via a cone (outer cone). The prerequisite is that the internal thread also has the same cone (internal cone).
Pipe Connectors
To connect rigid tubes and pipes with an external diameter from 1.6 mm to 25 mm,
the following connection principles without crosssectional narrowing are available.
no integrated connecting sleeve
Pipe connectors do not have a integrated connecting sleeve, as they consist of a double ferrule and are also optionally suitable for pipe feedthrough.
